Cell C
Poor network

On Wed 30 Jan 08:02 I lodged a complain about Cell C network, and on 30 Jan 2013, at 9:04 AM
Cell ce sent me a form called Network Problem Investigation Sheet i filled the form and return it same time to [Email Removed] and [Email Removed] the 31 jan 2013 12:28 i got a sms with a refference number but since then i havent get any update from Cellc

I am still expiriencing the same problem with my phone, please assist
