Since 17 April, when I reported a faulty telephone line, nothing has happened. I have reported it several times again and still nobody does anything about it. Every time I call, the operator says the will mark it urgent, because it is my dads telephone and he is 85 and living with his carer in the house. On the 10th of May I received a sms telling me the telephone was working... it wasn't. I am fed up trying to get some telkom worker to come to the house. In the meantime I still have to pay the account including the service fee... but there is no service! I think telkom's service is very, very, very bad!!!
