Cell C
Cell phone contract cancelled and Cell C cant help

Hi there

I have a query and cell c cant help and right now I am struggling because of this. I have a contract with cell c and could not pay for four months and due to that my phone was closed on Sunday. I have now been trying to call them and make payment arrangements but the legal department keeps on being rude to me and now they tell me my number is permanently deactivated and I need the number to access my money sent to the number so I can pay them. I tried the bank and they cant reverse the money and I need to ask the service provider so open the line so I can access my money.

Please assist as I need my money from the number.
