Called the Afrihost call centre and held on for a very short period of time; roughly 5 minutes. I was then assisted by Simpiwe. I was having an issue uploading a folder onto my file manager in the cpanel. I could only upload one file at a time. Had I continued with this method I would of spent hours uploading my php files. Simpiwe (by the way please forgive me if the spelling is wrong) listened to my problem, did the best to understand it then asked me to download a couple of things that would enable him to better assist me. He then logged onto my computer remotely and SOLVED my problem. One time. All I have received from Afrihost is fantastic service and tonight Simpiwe took that service to the next level. Afrihost you are the best. Thank you.
