I have dealt with most probably everyone at Afrihost who has an poor excuse without checking the facts, and I finally happened across Sydney. This man is incredible, he returns phone calls, he assists online, he tries to sort out the problem. No excuses. He's the type of person who takes ownership of the problem and is co-coordinating the solving of my problem. Although my problem is not fixed and I am still unhappy with the service from Afrihost (and they're still charging for non-service), this man makes all the difference. Watch out Afrihost that you don't loose this man as I am sure he has retained a lot of your customers with his attitude of going the extra mile.
