3 weeks and no response

I logged a fault on the 03/01/14 ref: 66btk030114 and have spoken to various supervisors at the call centers (Lerato, Patrick and Seleklo Ntangeni) inbetween with no avail they have told me that there is a general fault in my area and that a bulk fault has been logged ref:87btk160114 and that it has been referred to the rite department it is now 3 weeks since I logged this fault and nothing has happen still the same problem still no response!!!
