Yesterday I called vodacom to cancel my top up 75 (step up) since I didn't allow me to buy data and I was advised by the consultant to change to flexi 100 as that wil allow me to buy data but stil today I still can't buy, when I called today I couldn't get any assistance then I requested them to cancel my top up and stil I didn't get any help, I nid my no changed to prepaid or I'm throwing away this sim card and moving to anada network. This is nonsense and unacceptable
