Must be awesum to have no competition in the ADSL market - this way you can at service delivery and still retain your client base. Why is it that these parastatals do not give a hoot about service deliveries?

After a year long fight 2012 - 2013, I finally manage to get someone in Telkom to resolve my ADSL problems (seems there is a problematic node on the Rynfield exchange). Yay! - my line gets moved a node that does work and I am as happy as a pig in uknowwhat. My bubble is soon burst - lmao! It certainly appears that in stead of fixing the exchange, Telkom rakes in the subs and rotate clients in my area to this problematic node, as I find myself with exactly the same problems as before.

The worst is, that it takes one weeks to convince the monkey at the call centre that the fault with Telkom and not with your own equipment.

FFS! send a techie to my home, I will gladly pay the call out fee that u keep threatening me with on yr pathetic automated voice system.

Having ping of 1.3 million ms is no fun! I bet there is no problem with my monthly payments, why am I not getting the service I pay for??

I guess Telkom is trying to get the 1st prize in "we " competition.
