I have had it with PATHETIC service from this wannabe service provider. Yesterday I received a call from Blanche (who promised to contact me a WEEK ago) telling me that she had no idea I was looking for her. Then she went on about not knowing what happened to the handset I returned.
I want to cancel my contract with Cell C and they are refusing to do this. Money were deducted from my account, but I didn't receive any airtime or data. THAT'S!
Yesterday afternoon at 15:59 I received a voicemail from her, notifying me that she's sending me an e-mail. I'M STILL WAITING FOR THAT E-MAIL.
PLEASE, I'd like someone COMPETENT to phone me so that we can discuss the CANCELLATION of this BOGUS contract. You sent me a broken phone which you REFUSED to fix. Then it took you 3 WEEKS to collect. Then it got 'lost' at your repair center.
YOU LOT ARE USELESS.
Now I can't port my number to my new service provider, because it has to be on your network for 3 MONTHS. I won't ever recommend ANYONE to switch to Cell C. They're a bunch of unprofessional wannabe's.
I'm seriously DISGUSTED with you lot.
