I have not received any feedback wrt my previous complaint, when ever I try to call the customer care they either hang up after having me on hold for 20 mins at a time or just say they will get a manager to call me. I am so disgusted that no one has had the decency to call me, even though I finally received a cell phone after a month of the store any everyone else telling me that there wasn't any stock at all anywhere in the country that doesn't make my compliant null n void. I just really cant believe the nerve of MTN and all the employees that I have spoken to over this period. I need someone to call me back asap and understand where I am coming from. and what I need them to do.
