I've requested a fixed tine installation from telkom in des2013 and I'm still waiting ..two days ago in got an sms stating tekom will come and install the line on the 22jan2014 and it is an all day appointment ..so my wife took off from work today and they did not show up. I'm very disappointed why send an sms if you don't know if your gonna make it... TELKOM IS USELESSS I wish i can start my own telecommunications company and take all your unhappy customers... YOU GUYS WILL CLOSE DOWN... YOUR SERVICE IS PATHETIC
