I have a prepaid simcard in my ipad with TelkomMobile data (3 Gigs). I have had absolutely no internet connection since Monday 20th January 2014. I am in a good signal area (where i have never had an issue before). I have tried resetting the device numerous times. I have contacted the call centre via the website (Sibusiso and Tebogo were allocated to me). Both times, i explained the problem to them and never ever received a response! Please can somebody contact me to assist with getting my internet working again. Please contact me on my cellphone (which i will supply on the form below).
