BILL FOR R9000, FAULTY PHONE WAS DOWNLOADING INFO FROM [URL Removed] ON ITS OWN. HAVE ALSO SENT AN EMAIL TO CEO OF VODACOM FOR ISSUE TO BE RESOLVED. NO RESPONSE TO EMAILS AND NUMEROUS CALLS MADE FOR THEM TO CONDUCT INVESTIGATION. ACCOUNT NOW DUE. EXTREME DISAPPOINTED. 10 YEARS OF BEING A CONTRACT CUSTOMER. NOT SURE WHAT LEVEL TO ESCALATE TO NOW
