Despite posting a complaint previously this issue has yet to be sorted out.

I have now had it. Who did I need to speak to to get this matter escalated as I am telling you that if your so called attorneys contact me ONCE MORE and speak to me in a rude and disrespectful manner I will lodge a formal complaint.

You are unable to "find me" on your system and told me in store 3 times that I cannot pay as the payment cannot be linked to an account - yet your system clearly managed to locate my details as I now have attorneys calling me!! THIS IS NOT MY FAULT AND I REFUSE TO BE HARASSED!!!
