Teln me to go 4rm cpt to pe 2 pay account jus coz yal dnt hav tellers in cpt cbd all of a sudn MY fault. Nw 3rd complaint, got call 4rm nkululeko, tryin to sort problem out, end of call problem stil not sorted. Tried 2put me on phn wit puleng bt she was unreachable. Spoke 2 attorney, told me no arrangements shudv been made coz acc was gona b handed in attorneys anyway. Does any1 actually know wat thy doin? Is there any sort of order @std bank coz yal can't seem 2 sort a simple problem out instead yal are dragging my name down the drain! I need this sorted & soon! Am not gona take this lying down! As long as there's newspapers, CPA this will be sorted if u not planin on doin anything to sort this out. Seriously, huge bank like this being so incompetent, unprofessional n lack there off.
