Having been a regular client of Jenna Clifford for many years, I had a complaint about an employee who I felt was not living the JC brand. After sending an email, I was contacted almost immediately by the amazingly professional Daniel who apologised profusely and I was asked to meet with him at the store the following day so that he could apologise in person, offer me coffee and ensure that I felt comfortable enough to return. I could not make it that day and yesterday met with Cheryl who was just as apologetic and professional and I left with a smile, a gift from JC and will certainly be their client forever more and continue to refer others to them. In a country like SA where customer service is sorely lacking, we can all take some lessons from them.
