To Telkom:
Please note that I will stop payment as from the beginning of January 2014 for the ADSL line in my office as I have complained sooooo many times about the bad internet speed and after all this is a ADSL line and I have contracted with Telkom for the highest speed.
Telkom please note you are breaching the contract between us.
I have also adverted my intend not to pay you till you sorted out this issue.
This is a business contract and Im currently investigating lost of income due to your service and is also busy drafting a letter to the consumer directorate as well as willing taking it to Carteblance and court.
