Good day
on Monday we reported that our landline is not working. we received an acknowledgment that they have received the fault however we have not received further communication. the worse part is, my grand mother passed away on Sunday night and we needed access to the phone. we reported the faulty again on Tuesday and still no technican as arrived. I am discussed at the pathetic service that we are receiving at the moment. we even stressed the fact that we need the phone to make funeral arrangements however it seems it fell on deaf ears.
