I migrated my cell number from dishonest Vodacom to 8Ta on a 1 month contract to "see how it goes" - bad coverage and R55 per minute roaming from Botswana to RSA made me cancel within the 1st month. 4 months later and 8 complaints and they still cant 'release' me... saying the system wont allow them?? I am trapped by gross inefficiency even though they are in breach of our contract!! What to do?
