I cancelled my contract when it expired in June 2010 and then was contacted in November 2010 by AUTOPAGE attorney VVM for an outstanding amount of almost R5K. As I am under debt review my attorneys dealt with it and explained the cancellation and the unlawful automatic renewal autopage actioned. it was dealt with only now to be contacted and harrassed at my work place by Gerhard van der Merwe attorneys which Autopage uses to collect outstanding debt and this 3 years later. The law of prescription also being ignored. Autopage is criminal as they use these people to bully people into paying accounts that is incorrect and unlawful. They sent a sheriff to my work place when I was on leave from Nelspruit which means this guy is not falling under the magisterial jurisdiction. But all please read on hellopeter the complains and unlawful action these people take under the protection of Autopage. I do not owe them money and I will fight this till the bitter end. Autopage will not get away with this and I will report them to SATRA as well as the consumer council. They are known for doing this to customers. One thing if I owed them but I DO NOT, imagine what they will do next!!
