I sent through a complaint last week about the exorbitant fees I am paying on my BlackBerry Q5. Last week I got an sms saying " On 02 September your total usage not invoiced (Unbilled Calls) is R0. Regards Autopage Cellular". Today I get one saying "On 09 September your total usage not invoiced (Unbilled Calls) is R214.21. Regards Autopage Cellular"! I immediately phoned Autopage Vincent, twice and there was no reply twice at 10:20 am. I am flabbergasted by this account. I have paid for 1G of data on my phone, so there is no way that my account can be at this amount already. I have possibly made 10 phonecalls and I have not even opened an email on my phone as I am so concerned about the obvious and blatant billing on my phone. I think that someone at Autopage has not activated my 1G and I am being charged for their mistake. I am thinking of taking legal action if this blatant continues. I have checked my cell phone accounts from the past two months and I have been charged for every meg of data I have used - where is my 1G I am paying for?
