I can't believe that Nando's is providing extremely bad service. I logged a complaint last week Friday because delivery took 1 hour 45 mins. The manager called this Monday to apologies and advised that our next order will be free. I called to at 9:02am to place the same order and the manager that I spoke to wasn't in so I then spoke to the manager who was in. I took down my details and advised that he will call the other manager for confirmation and he will call me back. At 9:38am, I called back because I hadn't received feedback and he said he hasn't spoken to her. It's now 10:48am and now feedback or call the Nando's Leaping Frog Fourways. This is bad service and something needs to done about this. People should not order from them. They clearly don't care about client service.
