24 hour mobility

Hi my father baught me a phone on his contract at that time we were offerered insurance and we accepted .we were only offered 24 hour mobility insurance we were not evan made aware that there was another mtn insurance .i had the phone for a few months and it fell and the screen cracked. I immediately took it in to mtn thinking thak i have insurance but when i got there it was a whole different story they acted as if i was not evan using mtn you are on a third party insuance they said .i was surprised as this was the insurance mtn offered me mind you. Not only were they not helpfull but they did not evan know how to work the insurance they said the insurance i had was on was on promotion at the time. firstly they sent my phone to the wrong insurance i sat without a phone for 2 weeks then it came back and then only was sent to 24 hour mobility they sent it back claiming one payment was not made which we were not evan made aware of and that they will not cover the phone and said we could have our money back wth .they took money off for months after the one missing payment i am so disgusted by this mtn please help
