My story starts last year when I purchased a phone on contract at MTN store in Polokwane Mall of the North, this was a blackberry Bold 9900 which retails for about R6000.00 so as I signed the contract I asked the consultant to load insurance for me of which she did.
Even my contract it was ticked towards the end of the year my fone was and when I decided to go claim I was told insurance was never loaded on my phone this left me confused as I had my copy of the contract which states I requested insurance till this day I still dnt have a new phone as MTN is refusing to assist me.
I'am a very loyal client and I feel betrayed as soon as the 24months is up I intend cancelling my contract MTN is the worst network provider and the service I experienced proves it!
