Failure to repair Line Since begin December 2013

Reported line connection Sinse the beginning of December of 2013. After checking with Mweb that fault is not with them. Technicians come out and say they have fixed the line. The same day I still cant open Google or if I do It takes for ever. When I check with Mweb they tel me the Line still has to much noise on it and that it has been down graded to 512kb instead of 2mb line that I'm paying for. When I reported it again the Technician told me that the best I can get is a 1mb line as I'm to far from the exchange apparently. When I told him that I had had speed checks done in the past I had reached around about 1.36mb and had good use of my adsl from 2012 up till that point in December when it started giving Problems. Have reported the fault about 4 times with not proper feed back from them. Have got the line connecting for longer but still having it very slow with lots of noise (above 64db's). Seems the Problem started when telkom upgraded lines from 2mb to 4mb.
