Last year I took out one of those 2Gb/month internet contracts with this notorious supplier. Filled in all their forms, made sure I did my RICA part, only two find their service manager at that branch failed to fill the forms in correctly resulting in me having to waste my time to do the whole thing before I could get access to the net. As compensation they offered me 2Gb anytime access. Fair enough. Because of their disgusting connection speeds and the world famous "dropped call" service, I failed to use that extended cap service to its fullest extent. That resulted in me running out of my "courtesy" extension this year. Ok new year new stuff, or failure to follow through with promises made last year, but anyhow moving on. I need access to the net right now, things are happening, good things. They cut my access, so I go to "top up", which by the nature of my complaint, I have access to the net. Means I am RICA compliant? HA the details that they have recorded down are as true as their service is reliable, not only that the branch manager, a new one, informs me that my sim card is not registered, I mean after all the I went through last year and they still it up.
