December my contract was due for an upgrade, i went to the store to upgrade the contract and ordered an iphone 5c in blue it was on the 23/12/2013. i havent received a call to come pick the phone so today 21/01/2014 i went by the store tto ask what was happening an i couldnt get any answers about when il receive my phone. this is bad service.
