This concerns case # 6722708. I have repeatedly tried to cancel my LATE father's internet, because he is DEAD and NO LONGER USING IT.
I have tried over 7 times to cancel, but mysteriously the Cancellations Dept. has either lost the Death Certificate (which I have given 7 times physically, via fax, via e-mail - you name it) or someone just is NOT DOING THEIR JOB, and making my life.
Now, I have received a Letter of Demand that my DEAD FATHER MUST PAY OFF HIS INTERNET. The letter was from lawyers Cronje, De Waal - Skhosana Inc. demanding R423.72! This quite obviously means that the Telkom Cancellations Dept. HAS NOT CANCELLED WHAT I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO CANCEL FOR THE PAST 4 MONTHS!
