I e-mailed Telkom at [Email Removed] on 28/12/12 to cancel my service as at 31/01/13. This has still not being done despite going in to Telkom Kenilworth Centre. Speaking to various people that have called and promised to attend. E-mail and faxing copies to all and sundry. Instead I get sms's demanding money for services not rendered. I am desparate to get this matter sorted out, but do not know where to turn. I get calls from Telkom East London, who tell me Telkom KZN do the cancellations and money gets demanded from Pretoria. Seems as though one hand does not know what the other is doing. Surely there must be some-one at Telkom who can resolve this proble.
