Firstly I went on telkom webpage to cancel my business line. Did not know how to do it. Send a request thru. Afterwards lines was dead as well as internet. I thought it was cancel. Then received a statement. I went to Paarl telkom and explain it. They told me that the line was still active even if the line and internet at my home office was dead. Called in and ask assistant. Did what was told and fax a letter thru, got the proof from fax that fax was received. What happen again I receive another bill. This time I called in again, now they told me to scan and email this documents thru to Saras. WHich I did as request. Yesterday geuss what another bill in the post. I mailed the same mail again and call in. Now the managers will look at it. This is services. Howe many times do i have to call in or mail the info in.
