I have never been this disgusted in my life. I am supper irritated with RMCS service. first of all i never applied for any contract with them. they got my details from where ever, now they are just tossing me around. on the 28th of December 2013, i was soo suprised to learn i am subscribed to a contract with them. this happened without my consent, they disconnected my BIS and now i am spendind money on airtime for bundles that dont even last me long. whereas when i had my BIS i was only spending R60. I need RMCS to cancel the contract and re-imburse all my funds that i have spent on airtime. this is such an inconvience. now all of a sudden i am experiencing network probIems something i never had. also demand a written apology!!!
