I took out an insurance with Cell c C Surance and after 6 months the phone got when I claim for the phone from C Surance they decline my claim. Saying that that I was using a different service provider and they insured the phone with the simcard where by they didn't tell me from the beginning and I spoke to the C Surance manager and she told me that she'll come back to me but she didn't, and they still deducting money from my account. They activated everything on the system and started deducting money from my account where else they didn't send me they're terms and conditions.
