I had a dispute with Autopage regarding 3G usage that i was being charged for even though I had not used my total data bundle. I refused to pay and they suspended my cellphone account.

After 4 days of countless calls to Autopage, I received no response and due to using my phone for business purposes, I had to have it online. I payed the amount up and requested unsuspension - IT HAS BEEN 5 DAYS SINCE THEN AND NOBODY CAN GIVE ME AN ANSWER AS TO WHY MY CELLPHONE IS STILL SUSPENDED.

I have been with autopage for 5 years and really did not expect this pathetic service. Thankfully 1 of my contracts is due to expire soon, and expire it will.

DISGUSTED.
