There's been signal issues in my area for the past few months and I've brought this to the attention of Vodacom on several occasions. I was finally informed that they're aware of the problem but there was nothing they could do to fix the problem, as some or other tower had broken down or is malfunctioning. I was even advised to buy some device that'll enhance reception inside the house *smh*. So the residents of this area continue to sit with this problem where you can barely use your phone to communicate or surf the net (efficiently), and yet we pay for services monthly.
I know Vodacom can do better than this...
