I had a billing query regarding data charges incurred on my previous contract and was promised by vodacom that the bill will be reduced, two months later NOTHING WAS DONe despite my repeated phone calls and follow up for amount to be reduced so i could clear the account. I am currently up to date on with payments on my current contrat, yet my line was cut of 3days ago. Again... I had to spend hours on the phone for 3days repeating the same long story to different call center personnel and still nothing was done, no follow up from heir side NOTHING!!! Last ref no received s3-t9s1f-fr7d2.
I've had enough, I just want the line to be cut off all together so I can port to a different service provider, Im the one thats being inconvinienced with no follow up and nothing done by vodacom, except cut off my line when the fault and delay with them...
