6 months and my tablet is still not fixed!

Last year 2013, i sent in my tablet to the cresta vodacom repair shop cause if wouldn't read the sim, after countless calls to the branch and talking customer care, i was told my unit was blacklisted by mistake and it would be an easy matter to solve. 2weeks later i went into the shop, spoke with the manager and was assured that he would take care of it personally. I went back again and i was told the manager has moved to another branch, so i had to start over.i went back this year 14 jan 2014 and discovered that nothing has been fixed, and the problem was misdiagnosed, the sim reader (which i was quoted R340 for) works perfectly but the fault is with the unit connecting to the network. Plus there's now new physical damage on the unit that had not been on the unit when i brought it in. Im still waiting!
