Called Afrihost hosting dep this evening around 9pm. Spoke to Francois, who helped me transfer my wordpress website from an old hosting company to them. Landed up calling about 3 more times to help with various errors, as the web address was different from the old one. Blown away by the amazing help I received is a complete understatement. Afrihost (Francois) had no reason to go the extra mile and help with aspects of my website that Afrihost were actually not responsible for, but he did. For the first time in forever I feel like the service I received was worth many time more that what I'm paying for.
Thank you Afrihost and Francois for putting all the other ISP's to shame. Proudly an Afrihost client.
