Please be advised that i have opened a criminal case of and against the company - Cell Spice. I requested assistance from you, my service provider in December- You said that i would need to notify the company to de-register me from the service MYSELF.
I have reviewed my itemized billing dating back 6 months and since October 2013 Cellspice has been illegally billing me for a subscription to their service on my 3g card which has a dual SIM. Their service is related to pornographic material, which i have not subscribed to. You have billed me a total of R614.00.
October 2013 - R171.92
November 2013 - R141.22
December 2013 - R147.36
January 2013 - 153.50
Total - R614.00
In December 2013 this came to my attention, i requested an immediate de-regsiteration from their service and a refund but this has not occurred. Please ensure that my number is no longer on their WASP service, that the total sum of R614.00 is refunded within 48 hours.
