Its been almost 3weeks since we reported that our telephone line is dead, after paying it on time for the last almost 40years... we reported the fault and told the consultant on the helpline (thats no help at all) that our dad is on his dead bed we really need a phone as both my parents are over 75 years of age . so we followed up a week later only to find out no fault has been reported, in the meantime my fathers health is gong down hill as he has cancer and is literally on his death bed, our parents are to old to use cellphones and we dont live anywhere close to them hens we rely on the landline to get hold of them. so we reported it again and the same thing happened now two weeks later and a ref number to the complain still nothing... im sadden by the fact that old people are the ones who always pay their accounts on time and this is the service they get...
