MWEB is pathetic. I am currently holding for 23min now to get through to Accounts and still no answer.
Our lines have been cut off and now we cant get them on and its affecting our business.
If you phone Sales, they answer directly because the just want to get you hooked but once you are in at MWEB you get no service.
We have left Telkom to move away from service like above, but now its even worse at the supposedly-better MWEB.
