I logged a 3rd complaint on the 14th June regarding my airtime disappearing to this day the problem hasn't been resolved and Cell C still steals my airtime when I recharges. A gentleman by the name of Sidefree phoned me on Saturday morning promised to get a technician to call me. It is now Thursday no one has called me. I requested a Teamleader by the name of Ben Porter to pass the message over to Sidefree I guess he also just ignored it. I can't afford not to have airtime on my phone as i'm a pregnant woman, I need it for emergencies. Someone please sort this out ASAP. I AM SICK OF THIS NETWORK!!!
