Norene's to canceling my contract

My two year contract expired and I still had to sign a cancellation contract. I'm sure this is against the consumer protection act.

That's besides the point. I was told I would get a confirmation email. Stiill nothing yet. The call centre is useless because you can't actually speak to a human. And no one bother answering emails

Sort this out immediately or I will seek legal action!!!
