Friendliness and Commitment To quality service

Good day, everyone. I have been a Telkom mobile (aka 8ta) subscriber for quite a few months now. It was a near flawless experience, until a few days ago. I was caught out with network issues (constant roaming for 3 days) that rendered my (Telkom mobile-only) data and promotional package useless. Long story short; The first two call-center agents that responded to my problem was not of any help, and neither did they seem interested in solving my problem.
Mildred Frans was the third agent who attended to my problem. She showed what true customer concern is all about, and went through every possible solution to help me fix the nature of my query. She was super friendly and exercised patience in true, professional style.
Mildred Frans is one of those customer service agents that South Africa really needs. So; Telkom Mobile/8ta! give that woman a Bells!!!
