6 Days, No repairs

Phone and ADSL line stopped working on Monday 13 January 2014 at about 10h00.
Contacted Telkom, 10210 to report fault.
Ref# 687CTK130114 is issued.
To date, no repairs, it has been escalated so many times, but no repairs.
The staff at 10210 are very helpful, but cannot do much except escalate the problem
