Slow Telkom Internet Speed and High Latency

Hello Telkom Customer Support

I am experiencing very high latency (500 - 700) when i play online games, such as LoL. Also my internet speed has dropped drastically to 0.3 mb when i am on a 1mb line.

Could you please have a look into this problem in my area and try and help me resolve my issue. I live in Kragga Kamma Park in Port Elizabeth.
