On the 10th of January I phoned contact centre, 808 to migrate my broadband lite package to a 5GB package. I was informed that it can take up to 7 days for service to be activated. Today, the 17th of January I again contacted contact centre to find out why service is still not activated to be informed that I cannot migrate to the 5GB package as it is a promo package that I do not qualify for. Why was I not informed of this on the 10th or when you realized that I do not qualify for the 5GB package?
