My father asked me to assist him in buying 3G data as usual like every other month.
I have accidentally selected a "month to month" instead of a "once of" bundle.

I have phoned the call centre and they said that the reversal will only take place at the end of the month and he should not use the pro-rata data until then.
Now... he is using this data sim card for work, how will he be able to work!?

I cannot believe that you can't reverse this.
Someone surely have the authority to rectify this immediately?
