On 28 December 2013 Telkom called me and said they would be issuing me with a refund after I queried my account balance with them. They said in 7 working days someone will call me. It is now 17 January 2014 and no one has called me to assist me with my refund. I hope this email will be brought to senior management's attention. Please sort this matter out urgently. I expect better from Telkom
