TELKOM IGNORES ALL REQUESTS TO CLOSE MY ACC

In december when I left KZN, i gave notice on my telkom account. They gave me a reference number. Received bills for 4 months after, they just did not listen or close my acc. I reported this on Hello Peter in April. Telkom called me and advise the account was closed, and I should expect a refund. They asked for my account number.
Needless to say, never received refund. GUESS WHAT!!! Today I received another bill from telkom. My account has not been close after 6 months. They are now using the credit that they were supposed to refund me, for my account. I AM AT MY WITS END WITH TELKOM... I just dont know what to do anymore, as I value my credit rating and am not prepared for this to continue. Considering legal action as they are so useless. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE HELP!!!
