I'm an Afrihost client since their beginning and had an excellent service. I tried their new mobile offer and it flopped. I ordered the SIM card online and followed the progress on client zone. Nothing moved for days and when I contacted the client service I was advised that a debit order takes up to 5 days to be cleared. I cancelled and re-ordered, this time with my credit card. after several hours the indicator moved from order placed to 'parcel packed' and in two days the SIM card arrived. But a week later the 'parcel packed' indication has not moved and the SIM card appears to be useless. I gave up to phone the customer service which now takes ages. I only tried to assist someone to study at home but it's back for her to wifi zone and internet cafe. I have paid for that lesson twice. From a vibrant start Afrihost is now 'transformed'.
